After featuring Rye Rye‘s stellar Robyn-sampling single, “Never Will Be Mine,” last week, the music video for the heartbreak-imbued track has premiered.

While the clip features colorfully gritty locations and some slick 360-degree camera work, seamlessly moving from Rye Rye to Robyn and around again, I can’t help but point out a missed opportunity. If Robyn had styled her ‘do down like she sometimes does, she and Rye Rye could have looked like real twinsies. (Alas, I had to lose my “Hey, Bowl Sisters” headline.)

Though “Never Will Be Mine” is something of a slow-jam, Robyn’s emotive dance moves remain on display for our continuing enjoyment.
