I’m a bit embarrassed it’s taken me this long to feature Annie‘s amazing video for “Back Together,” the lead track from The A&R EP, her collaboration with producer Richard X.

It’s an homage to The Chart Show, a music video countdown program that aired in the UK from 1986 to 1998 (check this clip from 1991 to take note of the historical accuracy). In the intro, Annie even sneaks in a bit of another track from her EP, “Invisible,” credited to Mannie, her deeper voiced alter ego.
