Amazing to consider that Celine Dion hasn’t released a studio album since 2007’s Taking Chances. Well, there was last year’s Sans Attendre, sung in the Quebec singer’s native French, but the wait is really over on November 5, when Celine delivers Loved Me Back To Life.
The new album’s title track is co-written by the super-talented Sia, and as was the case with Rihanna’s “Diamonds” before it, even a powerhouse chanteuse like Celine Dion can’t quite escape some very clear Sia-isms in her vocal performance. Looking forward to hearing the demo of “Loved Me Back To Life,” which should surface on the Interweb any day now.
