On closer listen, We Were Promised Jetpacks breaks no new musical ground with “Quiet Little Voices,” but the song’s insistent punk sound sure had me taking notice and turning up Sirius’ Alt Nation station anyway. And that’s reason enough to recommend you give it a spin too.
