I’m still optimistic that “Rose Colored Glasses” will earn Kelly Rowland some overdue recognition here in the U.S., but after previous single “Commander” took off overseas, the singer is capitalizing on her success there by releasing a different, dancier track targeted to the European market.

“Forever And A Day” marks Rowland’s third single and fifth musical collaboration with DJ/producer David Guetta, an upbeat end-of-summer jam with a wonderfully sunny music video to match. Watch as Kelly and her gal pals make L.A. their playground, taking Guetta’s beats along for the ride in this iPad-inspired clip:

Kelly Rowland – “Forever And A Day” will be released in the UK on September 27. No word on whether the track will be included on her album scheduled for 2011.
