This past summer, Tennis treated us to a cover of Brenda Lee’s “Is It True.” Sticking with the Sixities, the same decade that informed the sound of their debut album Cape Dory, the Denver duo-turned-trio have recorded The Zombies’ 1965 #6 hit, “Tell Her No.”

Tennis’ sophomore album, produced by The Black Keys’ Patrick Carney, is due next early year. Read more about what the trio has in store for the follow-up to Cape Dory via Stereogum.
