Speaking of Annie, her spectacular collaboration with DJ/producer Ralph Myerz, “Take A Look At The World,” was finally made available for download this week. It’s been about two months since the song debuted and nearly a month since the video premiered. (That’s how the world works nowadays.)

Perhaps to make it up to us, the new “Take A Look At The World” remix package includes an Extended Mix plus five more interpretations. Doc L Junior’s LunchBox Remix is definitely worth unlatching.

I also quite enjoy the deep house vibe of the SNBRN & Mossberg Pump Remix, featuring either a pitched-down Annie or a male substitute.

“Take A Look At The World” is the first single from Ralph Myerz’s new album, Supersonic Pulse. Already out in Norway, the set includes contributions from George Clinton, Snoop Dogg, Diana Ross & The Supremes, and David Banner.
