It’s shaped up to be something of ‘Old Home Week’ here on Popservations. Pandr Eyez and Little Dragon have returned with new music after quite some time away, and now Starsmith is back.
Actually, it hasn’t been as long of an absence for Fin Dow-Smith, as he did share a free download of “Clockwork” last July. But while that was an instrumental excursion, the producer’s new tune, “Be My Love,” is a hook-up with London vocalist Tawiah.
Tawiah has lent her soulful pipes to tours by Mark Ronson and Corinne Bailey Rae, and now with Starsmith, has voiced this fantastic plea to no longer be a certain man’s back-up plan. He’d be a fool not to listen.
Starsmith feat. Tawiah – “Be My Love” is out March 10.
