Exactly two weeks have passed since I bequeathed Track of the Moment status upon Ivy Levan‘s debut single, “Hot Damn.” With the song’s commanding cocktail of sass, brass, and beats still burning up my iTunes, the big-voiced Arkansan is back with a new music video for “Money,” the lead track on her Introducing The Dame EP.

The clip picks up where the action in “Hot Damn” left off, with Levan dealing (and dispensing with) her masked captors. While I love a good sequel (“Money” is the second part in what’s billed as a ‘video comic trilogy’), my money’s still on the sizzling “Hot Damn” as the public’s point-of-entry to Levan’s talent.
